Your home-shopping toolkit

Compare up to three homes—without losing the details.

A printable Space Coast home-tour scorecard. Enter the numbers you already have, track questions to verify, and compare estimated monthly expenses side by side. Nothing you type is submitted, stored or shared.

Side-by-side ownership worksheet

Use nicknames rather than full addresses. Figures are entered separately by property and may be incomplete until you obtain actual quotes.

Enter what you know for up to three homes. Every number stays in this browser tab.

Monthly subtotal of entered costsBlank costs are unknown, not zero. No calculation estimates missing loan terms.—No costs entered—No costs entered—No costs entered

Important: The totals are subtotals of only the expense categories you entered—not loan quotes, appraisals or complete monthly payments. Taxes can change with ownership. If a district assessment is already included in your tax estimate, do not also enter it separately. Blank fields are unknown.

Optional next step

Prepare a summary for your agent.

Turn only the figures and notes you've entered into a readable text summary. You can review it first, then explicitly copy it and paste it into a conversation with an agent you choose. Nothing is automatically sent to anyone.

Enter at least one cost, nickname, or note, then prepare your summary.

Privacy: all input and calculations remain in the current tab. No form, account, cookie, saved browser data or external request carries what you enter. Refreshing or closing clears your data. You may explicitly review and copy a summary if you choose.

Use the scorecard as a research tool

It compares entered numbers and notes but does not choose a property for you.

01

Compare real monthly costs

A listing price is not a monthly housing expense. Use lender quotes for principal and interest, a post-purchase tax estimate, current insurance quotations, and applicable HOA or CDD costs. Keep unknown fields blank rather than treating missing figures as zero.

02

Research the building, not just the neighborhood

Review permits, roof age, HVAC, drainage, flood maps, utility availability and inspection terms for the actual address. Avoid assuming that properties in the same city share the same ongoing expenses or condition.

03

Review contract and association obligations

For condominiums or planned developments, request current association budgets, disclosures, governing rules and assessments. New construction can also include builder incentive conditions, completion deadlines or lot premiums.

04

Follow up with your own priorities

Add notes about usable space, commute, features and repairs that matter to you. The scorecard deliberately does not score neighborhoods or predict property values. Make choices using verified facts and professional advice.
